Mindy (February 2011) - Before I came to Living Waters my life felt unbearable. I was in physical pain everyday. My digestion was so poor that even a glass of water upset my stomach. I fought chronic infections of all kinds. I was so fatigued that everyday tasks became difficult and I feared busy days knowing how sick I'd feel in the evening. While I was exhausted my sleep was restless and I felt tired in the mornings. These problems had taken the joy out of my life. What I didn't know was that I was also carrying tons of emotional pain as well.

My ten day cleanse was a journey to myself. As my body was physically detoxing, the staff at Living Waters assisted me in an intense process of acknowledging and forgiving the pain I had been carrying throughout my life. This is the pain of my past, resentments, fears and beliefs that no longer serve me in a healthy way. I am still amazed at the work I did in such a short time. I am even more amazed by the love and support I received from the staff at Living Waters, especially Wendy DeHaas. Releasing the emotional pain at the same time as releasing the toxicity in my body was a powerful healing.

It is now a couple of weeks after the cleanse and I feel so much healthier. I have a lot more energy, my digestion has improved, I no longer feel sick. I am sleeping deeply and wake up excited for the day's possibilities. Everyone around me has experienced a new me. I feel like I have learned how to really love myself. I am living with purpose. I have set myself free.

Alex Ohta-Jimenez, (written February, 2011) - Before starting the cleanse I was a mess physically. Psoriasis have become so bad that I could no longer work. This didn't help mentally or spiritually either I felt terrible. I was broke, jobless and in a lot of pain. I had did a lot of research into psoriasis and made adjustments into my diet to help.

The cleanse really spoke out to me as a way of truly healing or getting on the path to healing my body. The first few days were understandably rough. I had done home cleanses before, however this was on an entirely different level. I was sick and nauseous for the first three days but after that I felt incredible. I had cleared so much that I didn't know was even there emotionally and physically. The liver cleanse was pretty rough. Overnight my skin had broken out in one of the worst reactions I have ever seen. The coverage increased by probably 300%. My arms and upper shoulders were covered as well as isolated patches scattered in the upper body.

Normally I would have just used a remedy to quickly solve this problem, but in doing so, I would have made it exponentially worse. In the journey I had been on during the cleanse I realize it was a simply a step I had to take mentally and physically cannot get into that pain and fear and anger my body was simply trying to process and flush out all the toxins that have been building up for the past seven years. It was the storm before the calm and it hit and hit hard, even though I'm still weathering it as I write this I am every faith in myself my body will do as it needs to heal itself now that I have finally given a two opportunity to do so. I know that I'm seeing daily improvement and soon my skin will be perfect. The most viable thing that this program has imparted to me is that I am the matter of my body and perception, not the other way around.

Sometimes there is a gift waiting for you in life and you don’t know it exists. That’s what the 10 day Cleanse was to me. Thankfully, my doctor had gone through the 10-day intensive cleanse and he prescribed the program to me as a solution to my medical issues. In the past I didn’t feel well, but I didn’t know why. I had MANY medical tests and experiments with varying regimes, but nothing seemed to work. It was very costly, time consuming and frustrating. I didn’t know what to expect from the 10 day cleanse, but I was anticipating getting rid of my physical issues.

What I can see is that the 10 Day Cleanse, TOTALLY exceeded my expectations and then some. I was expecting to address ONE physical issue, and MANY physical issues were identified and resolved. I was told that I would have a new emotional perspective, but I experienced deep emotional releases. I wasn’t expecting anything spiritual, but I got a new perspective on life and the goodness that it wants for me, plus a security in who I am.

Trying to describe the 10 Day Cleanse experience is difficult because it’s the synergy of the TOTAL experience that is the magic, not just the sum of the parts. Its not just he colonics, or the energy work, or the counseling, the food, the staff, or you own comfort—its putting them together that changes your life.

Its like trying to explain to someone about flour and sugar and eggs and water and chocolate, but you’re really wanting them to experience a bite of cake. At first I thought the sum of the parts was expensive, but after experiencing it, Iit was worth every penny and more. The depth of the experience, energy, and commitment that is available through the staff is invaluable.

The 10 Day cleanse is for anyone who is committed to improving their health and not being stuck where they are today. It will help people who are already ill, but it will also be SO EFFECTIVE for people who haven’t yet developed an illness and want to prevent illness. I would highly recommend the 10 Day Cleanse.

First I would like to thank the entire staff for making this life-changing experience available and for all your support. I began feeling completely depleted and emotionally drained. I had very little energy, pain in my body, and felt hopeless. I experienced a ton of emotional release on this cleanse. Day after day I heard my negative self talk and I experienced pain on the bed, I become more and more aware of how my life was driven by fear of what others think and a feeling of worthlessness. As the pain eased, I began to feel better.

On my birthday, Tuesday 8th, it was the most intense day of the entire cleanse for me. Later I see that I was probably releasing birth trauma because it all just left and hour after my birth and I had a sense of tremendous peace. Sometimes I felt very alone and others very much supported. Now I feel like I have given my body a fresh start and renewed my contract to be here on this planet. My friend suggested doing the cleanse with me and it terrified me. I researched, pursued, and arrived.
